Mr. Sanni is a graduate of Accountancy. He holds Master of Science in Project Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies and Diploma in Forensic Accounting. He has attended several trainings, seminars, workshops and short courses in management, CHATGPT & Artificial Intelligence Hacks with Microsoft Office. He is a chartered accountant, Fellow of the Institute of Information Management (FIIM) and Chartered Institute of Project Management Professional (FCPM). He has over 25 years’ cognate experience in the private sector working as an accountant and rose to the level of Senior Manager. As a Project and Financial Manager, he had overseen several projects from initiation to completion, in both construction and manufacturing companies. His experiences span across Tax management, Audits (Tax & Financial), Project Management and forensic Accounting. He was a consultant with Infiniti Segment, an offshoot of Alpha Beta Consulting. During his sojourn with Infiniti Segment, He solely initiated and commenced computerization and automation of the entire Ministry of Land and Housing’s record in Kwara State. He was Head of Finance, Operations and Administration, at Halwen and Associates, a firm of Revenue, Tax and Management consultancy before joining Transnational Energy in 2010. He is currently, Director of Finance and Administration for Transnational Energy Limited.
