As can be seen from resume summaries given in the following chapters the TEL team and its associates have vast experience in a variety of positions for E&P companies, service companies and financial institutions. The common denominator is the special knowledge each team member has gained about Nigeria. Successfully working for small and independent E&P companies in a challenging environment such as Nigeria requires a certain mind set comprising cost awareness, in-depth technical knowledge enabling the implementation if optimum technologies and cultural awareness combined with social skills.
