Prior to joining TEL, he was a key Counsel in the Energy & Projects and Tax Practice Groups of the Lagos-based firms of Olaniwun Ajayi and Templars where he featured extensively in several big-ticket deals in the energy sector including the areas of project & corporate finance, capital markets and tax advisory
