Oluwatosin Soetan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Over the past 18years, she has functioned in different finance and accounting roles in the Upstream and Midstream sectors of the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. She has over the years delivered value in various accounting and administration roles in oil and gas companies like Platform Petroleum Limited, Blue Seal Energy Group, Cainergy International Limited. Her wealth of experience has given her the opportunity of consulting for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) to carry out finance department diagnosis and transformation services for clients. Her key milestone achievements in the industry include the Finance Lead in delivery of major Projects in the development of Egbaoma Field in OML 38 of in Delta State, which is cumulative of over $300m including Construction of Gas Compression Stations to achieve Gas commercialisation, negotiation of various Commercial Agreements etc. Her area of specialty includes but not limited to establishment of Internal Control Policies, setting up and coordination of finance & Accounting Departments, Oil and Gas Accounting, Tax Management, Treasury Management, Fiscal Relations regarding Hydro- carbon Accounting, Joint Venture Management etc
